International Sales Support

International Sales Support Location Davie, FL :

Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide essential administrative and logistical support to the international sales team. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure the timely, efficient, and compliant shipping and delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process international orders, working closely with global partners and distributors to ensure timely and compliant shipping and delivery.
• Generate sales documentation, invoices, and reports as required.
• Maintain and update customer and contact information in CRM systems; assist with resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., customer service, finance, purchasing), ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
• Communicate with logistics companies to obtain estimated freight costs for international orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with those logistics providers to ensure optimal service.
• Run various reports, including back-order reports, active order reports, etc.
• Communicate with the warehouse, Quality Control, and receiving.
• Create RMA Requests for customer returns.
• Provide a monthly sales forecast based on open orders.
• Regularly communicate and meet with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to align on priorities and updates.
• Cultural and social awareness, tolerance, and understanding, as well as knowledge and a willingness to learn and adapt to different cultures and people without bias.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree in business / international business or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, order processing, sales documentation, invoicing, and/or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Experience analyzing sales data and generating reports.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred, particularly in Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish, etc.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with international distributors, and resolve issues efficiently.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to use hands for tasks such as typing, handling, or reaching; must also be able to speak and hear clearly.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds without assistance and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment but may involve moderate noise levels from printers and other office equipment.
• Exposure to bright lights from product fixtures may occur. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
