**Key Responsibilities:** 

- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations 

- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials 

- Help with ductwork, equipment placement, and basic setup 

- Maintain a clean and organized job site 

- Learn the proper use of hand and power tools 

- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines 

- Support team members and follow instructions 

- Grow your skills every day on the job 

**Qualifications:** 

- No prior HVAC experience required 

- Willingness to learn and work hard 

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude 

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites 

- Physically able to lift, climb, and work in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors) 

- Comfortable working full-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends 

- Team player who takes direction well
