American Institute of Beauty (AIB) is a postsecondary beauty and wellness vocational school with two locations in Pinellas County and one in Manatee County, FL. Students attend AIB to pursue a career in cosmetology, barbering, nail technology, massage therapy and facial therapy.

AIB has an open position for a Business Office Associate. The Business Office Associate is responsible for monitoring and assisting student's as they progress through their programs. This position is responsible for the management of all student academic affairs, meeting with students during their enrollment, and processing the graduation and licensure documentation.

The Business Office Associate reports to the Business Office Director and is expected to have sufficient computer knowledge to efficiently use AIB's systems and any other applications which AIB elects to implement.

A professional attitude and appearance are expected. A positive attitude, a love for helping people and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. The successful applicant must be a high school graduate, some college is preferred. To be hired, you must show that you were reliable and dependable in a past position.

Both full-time and part-time, day and evening opportunities are available. AIB is open either Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, based on location.

Salary will be based on the individual's experience, with a starting range of $18 to $20 per hour. Benefits which may be elected by a full-time employee are 401K participation, health, dental and vision insurance, and Paid Time Off.
