REGIONAL AREA COVERS DUVAL COUNTY FL, BAKER COUNTY FL, NASSAU COUNTY FL, AND BEAUFORD SC MARKETS.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages the sales of the branch office operation and profitability. Represents the financial institution to the community through good customer relations. Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume, deposits, quality loan portfolio, and quality of audit reports. Ensures the sales staff is following lending and deposit requirements. Directs financial institution personnel in activities to ensure prompt, accurate and dependable customer service. Supervises sales and business development activities in the region. Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Six to eight years of banking and managerial related experience.
- Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations.
- Lending background is preferred.
- Proven business development skills required.
- A 4-year college degree is preferred. Experience may substitute for a degree.
- Experience managing a diverse group of professionals.
- Ability to transfer a book of business preferred.
- Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
- Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
- Employees confirm they can perform the essential functions of this position to continue employment with First Federal Bank.
