Maintenance Crew Member Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm )

• Perform general property maintenance, including pressure washing, painting, and gutter cleaning.
• Assist with carpentry, concrete work, road maintenance, and minor repair projects.
• Clean roofs, remove debris, and help maintain pools, tennis courts, and common areas.
• Load and move materials, set up ladders and scaffolding, and maintain a safe work area.
• Complete assigned work orders and support the maintenance team with daily property upkeep.

Maintenance Crew Member Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools, including while working from ladders up to 30 feet.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
