Overview
The Growth Specialist (Direct-to-Brand) will own revenue growth through direct sales to eCommerce and retail brands. This role is built for athletes — competitive, disciplined, high-ownership individuals — who thrive in complex, consultative environments and want responsibility beyond traditional sales roles.
You will work directly with founders, CMOs, and growth leaders to help them know what’s working and predict what’s next . Prescient uses advanced statistical and neural network models to measure full-funnel impact, forecast outcomes, and optimize marketing spend. This is not transactional selling — success comes from insight, credibility, and execution.
Leads will primarily come from marketing-qualified channels (educational podcasts, webinars, paid media, and content), with additional opportunity for targeted outbound to high-fit brands aligned with Prescient’s ICP.
Core Responsibilities
Direct-to-Brand Revenue Ownership- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, education, evaluation, pricing, and close
- Sell directly to founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth, and Finance leaders
- Run consultative discovery to understand marketing mix complexity, growth goals, and measurement gaps
- Convert marketing-qualified leads from:
- Educational podcasts and thought leadership
- Webinars and live demos
- Paid ads and inbound content
- Qualify opportunities rigorously to ensure strong ICP fit and long-term customer success
- Proactively identify and engage high-fit brands through thoughtful, personalized outreach
- Lead with Prescient’s value proposition:
- Forecasting and planning
- Halo and indirect effects
- Full-funnel visibility beyond attribution
- Build pipeline through disciplined, value-led outbound motion
- Clearly articulate Prescient’s differentiation vs:
- Multi-touch attribution (MTA)
- Traditional MMM
- Lightweight analytics tools
- Educate prospects on incrementality, lagged effects, and predictive optimization of spend
- Develop pricing aligned to brand size, complexity, and use case
- Maintain clear deal progression and next steps
- Accurately forecast pipeline and closed-won revenue
- Partner closely with Marketing to refine ICP and improve lead quality
- Work with Analytics and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and fast time-to-value
- Provide feedback to Product on objections, feature gaps, and competitive dynamics
