Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

• Greet and assist parents, students, and school staff in finding required uniform items
• Provide accurate information about school dress codes and approved uniform pieces
• Help customers with sizing and fitting of uniforms
• Operate the cash register and process sales, returns, and exchanges
• Restock shelves and maintain organized displays of uniforms and accessories
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and visually appealing
• Check inventory levels and notify management when stock is low
• Assist with receiving and unpacking new shipments of merchandise
• Support busy back-to-school seasons by managing high customer volume efficiently
• Maintain a friendly and professional environment for customers
• Must be able to work Saturdays

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting (boxes of uniforms)
• Attention to detail when matching uniforms with school requirements
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous retail experience preferred but not always required
• Background check and drug screening required
