HVAC Maintenance Technician- Apartment Community- Largo, FL

Fortiva Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification to join our team.

We manage well-maintained apartment communities where residents expect fast service, reliable repairs, and professional maintenance staff.

Your Role You will be responsible for maintaining apartment homes and common areas, with a strong focus on HVAC diagnostics and repairs.

Key responsibilities include: • HVAC troubleshooting and repairs • Completing maintenance work orders • Preparing apartments for new residents (turns) • Plumbing, electrical, and general repairs • Conducting preventative maintenance • Supporting unit inspections when needed • Maintaining an organized maintenance shop

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:

Minimum Requirements • HVAC certification required• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar maintenance work • Ability to diagnose HVAC issues and complete repairs • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance • Valid driver’s license • Reliable Smartphone
