Home Care Clinical Director - Registered Nurse

Are you a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Our Ocala home care office is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations, guide a talented care team, and ensure every patient receives high-quality care. This role offers the chance to make a real difference while providing strong leadership in a supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Required to take call every night, including weekends (all calls screened by on-call coordinator; CD contacted only for true emergencies)
• Cover staff when needed due to illness or absence
• Onsite role based out of the Ocala office (not remote)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $100,000, based on experience

Clinical Scope & Census:

• Census: ~90 patients
• Mix: hourly care, workers’ compensation, pediatrics, private pay, and long-term care
• Minimal Medicare; visits are not the primary model
• Skilled work is the main focus of patient care

Responsibilities:

• Oversee RNs and LPNs to ensure clinical decisions are sound
• Provide leadership and supervision of all clinicians
• Conduct home visits when necessary (not routine)
• Offer clinical backup and direction when needed

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• EMR: ContinueLink (formerly Interlink)
