We’re partnering with a family-owned landscape maintenance and installation company in Tampa, FL that is looking to hire an experienced Landscape Irrigation Foreman to lead an irrigation team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of landscape irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leads, manages, and mentors a team of irrigation technicians and laborers
• Coordinates daily work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Oversees and performs installations, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems in residential, commercial, and public landscapes
• Maintains accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects
• Implements and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Prior experience in irrigation systems for large commercial and HOA accounts required
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing crews required
• Ability to read and understand landscaping blueprints
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to Multitask; Well organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What You Can Expect

• $26.00 - $30.00/depending on experience
• Schedule of Monday – Thursday, 6:15am – 5:00pm
• Occasional Fridays for OT
