What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top canvassing talent
• Train, coach, and mentor a team of door-to-door canvassers
• Lead regular team meetings, field training, and performance coaching
• Develop and execute effective canvassing strategies to maximize lead generation
• Plan neighborhood targeting, territory mapping, and daily route strategies
• Monitor team performance and build a positive, results-driven culture
