Account Executive (Miami)

SV Academy is partnering with an innovative, fast-growing AI software company that's transforming how small businesses communicate with their customers. This is an opportunity to join as one of the first Account Executives on their growing U.S. team, owning the full sales cycle from qualified inbound lead to closed customer.

What You'll Do
As an Account Executive Resident, you'll manage the full sales process with warm, inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in the product.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Calling and qualifying inbound leads from businesses across the U.S.
- Running product demos and uncovering customer needs
- Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
- Building trust with small business owners and recommending the right solution
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up sequences
- Supporting customer onboarding when needed to ensure a great experience
- Contributing ideas to improve sales messaging, playbooks, and processes
- Working directly with senior sales leadership in a fast-paced startup environment
This is a highly transactional sales role with an average sales cycle of approximately one week.

Requirements
- Previous outbound prospecting or cold calling experience
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, or similar
- Startup experience is considered a strong asset
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
