Retail Sales Lead
Retail Sales Lead – Maitland, FL
$18–$19/hr + Commission
We’re hiring a confident, client-focused Retail Sales Lead who thrives in a high-touch boutique environment and knows how to close. This role offers strong earning potential and clear growth into management.
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales through consultative, relationship-based selling
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
Support opening/closing procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and promotional displays
Help train and lead by example on the sales floor
Float between two store locations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Retail sales experience (customer-facing preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Confident communicator with strong closing skills
Professional, outgoing personality
Reliable and able to work Saturdays (required)
Interest in growing into a management role
