Senior Project Manager
- Lead overall contract execution across multiple Work Orders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and senior stakeholders
- Provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with mission objectives and evolving priorities
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and performance tracking processes
- Oversee budget execution, resource allocation, and staffing strategy
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans
- Coordinate across technical, cybersecurity, analytics, and training teams to ensure integrated delivery
- Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition, governance, and reporting requirements
- Drive schedule performance, quality standards, and measurable outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field OR 10 (ten) years of equivalent experience managing large scale DoD programs
- Demonstrated experience leading complex federal or DoD contracts
- Experience managing full program lifecycle from initiation through closeout
- Experience overseeing budgets, staffing, and cross functional teams
- Strong background in risk management and performance oversight
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition and governance frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior Government and interagency stakeholders
- Experience supporting Combatant Command or intelligence related programs
- Experience managing cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, or mission IT initiatives
- Experience in interagency coordination environments
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
- Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
