What You'll Do: As our Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.



• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.



• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.



• Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate payroll records.



• Preparing and generating essential financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.



• Maintaining organized and comprehensive financial documentation, both physical and digital.



• Collaborating with management to provide clear insights into the company's financial status.



• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.



• 
  Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment.

  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online).

  
  
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

  
  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  
  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  
  
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  
  
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  
  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  
  

Work Schedule:

• Flexible Hours - Approximately 4 hours per day.



• Flexible Date and Times - Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, 4 or 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).
