ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a bold, culturally plugged-in Head of Marketing to own PuffRush's brand from day one. You will define how we look, how we sound, and how Miami hears about us. This role is perfect for someone who has big ideas, moves fast, and knows how to turn a launch into a cultural moment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Define and own PuffRush's brand identity, voice, and visual direction across all channels

– Build and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter with a focus on organic engagement

– Identify and activate influencer partnerships, nightlife collaborations, and Miami-based brand moments

– Lead our pre-launch user acquisition strategy including waitlist campaigns and community seeding

– Design and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) as we scale post-launch

– Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize based on what the data shows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– You deeply understand Miami — the culture, the nightlife, the people, and what makes something spread here

– You have built or grown a social media presence, a brand, or a community, and you have results to show for it

– You think creatively and move fast, but you also know how to measure whether something is working

– You are physically in Miami — this role requires you to be in the scene

NICE TO HAVE

– Any experience marketing a delivery, lifestyle, or consumer app

– An existing network in Miami's hospitality, events, or nightlife world

– Bilingual in English and Spanish — a major advantage in our market
