- Explain the purpose of the call and transfer to a licensed team member
- Document call results accurately in our system

- Licensing support (4-40, 20-44, or 2-15)

- MondayThursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday : 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- In-office only (not remote)
