Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager (LCAM) to oversee the daily operations of a condominium community. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the condominium community to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, Board of Directors, and vendors
• Manage and support on-site staff, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight
• Coordinate and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and community events as required
• Prepare and monitor budgets; review financial statements and reports
• Solicit, evaluate, and manage vendor contracts and services
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, company policies, and applicable laws
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance and capital projects
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and community documentation

Qualifications

• Active LCAM license (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, preferably with condominium communities
• Demonstrated experience managing daily community operations
• Strong resident relations and customer service background
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
