COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

General Overview:

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing compliance functions to ensure the company adheres to its policies, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements. This role involves investigating compliance issues, responding to inquiries from Independent Partners, and assisting in the development of compliance training programs.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, extensive compliance experience, and a keen attention to detail to uphold company integrity and mitigate compliance risks.

Essential Functions:

Compliance Enforcement & Investigations:

• Conduct investigations and ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures on a global scale.
• Review compliance tickets and resolve issues related to Independent Partners.
• Identify and report non-compliant behaviors and propose appropriate enforcement actions.

Policy Communication & Distributor Support:

• Act as a primary point of contact for distributors with questions regarding company policies and procedures.
• Assist the Compliance Director in crafting compliance-related communications and policy updates.

Training & Development

• Support the development and execution of compliance training programs focused on network marketing regulations and company policies.
• Assist in creating compliance messages and training materials for the distributor network.

Risk Mitigation & Social Media Monitoring:

• Monitor social media channels and other online platforms for potential compliance violations.
• Utilize third-party compliance technology tools to streamline investigations and daily tasks.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Fully bilingual (English & Russian) – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Network Marketing Compliance Expertise (preferred) – Familiarity with regulations governing MLM and direct sales.
• Strong Organizational & Follow-Through Skills – Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks effectively.
• Social Media Proficiency – Ability to investigate potential compliance violations on digital platforms.

Education and Experience:

• Paralegal Training or a Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, legal functions, or network marketing compliance.
• Experience working with global compliance frameworks and industry standards.
