Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) Location Clermont, FL : Provides customer service for established customers and new sales to new customers and existing customers. Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time Location: [Insert Location] Salary Range: $15 to $17 per hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • CSSR/1 ASSOCIATE
  • o Assisting customers with retail duties such as stocking shelves, managing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and processing point of sale transactions, including closing drawers and depositing funds. o Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries or concerns. o Initiating and following up with customers and service providers to sell products or services, resolve problems, and answer questions. o Attending sales seminars, meetings, or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the market. o Completing computer-based training, live classroom training, and 1:1 demonstrable skills training and assessments. o Performing other work-related duties as assigned.
    • CSSR/2 REPRESENTATIVE
    o Completing all Level 1 tasks and functioning at a retail locality. o Contacting current and prospective customers to sell additional products and services, engage in account rounding, and solicit new business within the market area. o Preparing and presenting proposals, recommending products and services based on customer needs. o Arranging payment terms in accordance with established guidelines. o Creating and maintaining customer files and updating records. o Opening or closing the retail locality.
    • CSSR/3 ACCOUNTS MANAGER
    o Completing all previous level tasks and functioning at the retail locality. o Managing customer accounts, overseeing sales and work orders, contacting customers for quality assurance, and auditing accounts for completion of required records. o Seeking industry professional designations and qualifications. o Assisting with managing professional duties and tasks when assigned. o Performing other work-related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
    • High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 2-3 years of sales and related experience and/or training.
    • Previous knowledge and experience in the pool industry preferred.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, documents, and regulations.
    • Ability to write reports and compose business correspondence.
    • Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic accounting.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
    • Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word, iOS, PC, and ability to learn and utilize new applications.
    • Ability to learn about product lines, product functions, service functions, and other knowledge and understandings of the swimming pool and spa industry.
    • Eagerness to build upon prior knowledge and experience.
    • Desire to create a lifelong professional career in the swimming pool and spa industry.
    • Ability to adapt to change and respond positively to stress.
