Trading Risk Analyst (onsite)

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Derivative and or legal contract experience.
• Experience in confirmations management in a trading firm, preferably in commodities (5+ years);
• Experience with master agreements ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs, and related collateral agreements (CSA) and trade confirmations, to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks.;
• Experience in Sound understanding of physical trading and derivatives and the trade lifecycle.
• Experience in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI;
• Experience with Endure or other
• Experience in risk management
• Degree in a business or legal discipline. Preferred:
• Python expertise
• Experience with ETRM Responsibilities :
• Daily coordination and communication with the front office to facilitate confirmation creation and amendments for unique and highly complex deals.
• Ensure that all transactions are accurately captured in Risk systems in a timely manner, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with external counterparties to legally confirm transactions and actively work towards resolving disputes when necessary.
• Develop and enhance the team's reporting infrastructure and data visualization capabilities to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with origination, risk management, trading, legal, and accounting departments to assess and evaluate risks associated with potential transactions, new business initiatives, and onboarding new counterparties. This includes the filing of necessary documentation for proper counterparty integration. Why apply?
