Join our team at Germ Wizards LLC as a subcontractor 1099 Cleaning specialist. We are a premier cleaning service serving Indian River County, specializing in both commercial and residential cleaning. We are seeking individuals who currently own their own cleaning company and are looking to expand their client base and grow their own Business

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning services for clients - residential, commercial, vacation rentals, Construction Cleaning, etc.

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.

- Provide all necessary cleaning supplies and Equipment for the job

Requirements:

- Must own a registered cleaning company in Florida.

- Be authorized to work in the United States

- You must have proof that you are an excellent cleaner with good Reviews

- You must be serving other clients and NOT only depending on us for income

- Provide a certificate of insurance with minimum general liability coverage.

- Have an auto insurance policy for their vehicle.

- You must have reliable transportation

- You must be able to send us an invoice to get paid

- Pass a standard background check.

- You must have a valid driver's license

- Sign a non-disclosure agreement and non-solicit agreement

- You must sign our independent contractor agreement

- You must agree to be responsible for paying your own taxes

Payment and Schedule:

- Paid by the job

- Invoice weekly for all jobs worked.

- Bi-weekly payment every other Friday, aligned with W2 employees.

- No mileage reimbursement.

Additional Information:

- Most jobs are commercial accounts and Construction Cleaning

- Some Residential Accounts will be Affored If we are Booked up on our Schedule

- Evening and weekend availability required.

- Track and submit Certificate of Insurance based on policy renewals
