Membership Engagement Specialist

$25 per hour/ Part-Time / 20 hours per week

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly personable, phone-savvy Membership Engagement Specialist to strengthen connections with our Radiant Express car wash members and guests. This role is dedicated to proactive outreach—calling current, past, and prospective members to re-engage relationships, support membership renewals, and enhance overall guest loyalty. This position plays a vital role in transforming transactions into relationships. By connecting directly with guests, this role helps ensure that our brand is remembered not just for clean cars—but for exceptional care. This is a relationship-first role. Success is measured by meaningful conversations, positive guest experiences, and increased membership retention and reactivation.

What You’ll Do:

Guest Relationship Outreach

  1. Proactively call current, inactive, and former members to reconnect and build rapport
  2. Re-engage guests who have paused or canceled memberships and present renewal opportunities
  3. Identify guest needs, concerns, and motivations through thoughtful conversation
  4. Capture feedback and insights to improve service experience

Membership Retention & Growth

  1. Clearly explain membership benefits, upgrades, and promotional offers
  2. Guide guests through rejoining or modifying membership plans
  3. Support loyalty initiatives and guest engagement campaigns
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

Service Excellence & Brand Representation

  1. Deliver warm, professional, and confident phone interactions
  2. Represent the brand with enthusiasm, care, and integrity
  3. De-escalate concerns with empathy and solution-focused communication
  4. Ensure every interaction leaves guests feeling valued and appreciated

Operational Support

  1. Track call metrics, engagement outcomes, and follow-up commitments
  2. Collaborate with site managers to identify guest experience trends
  3. Maintain organized records in CRM or membership systems

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
  2. Exceptional phone presence with a naturally engaging, friendly voice
  3. Strong listening skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  4. Ability to turn routine calls into meaningful guest experiences
  5. Warm, upbeat, and genuinely guest-focused
  6. Resilient and positive when handling objections
  7. Detail-focused with strong follow-through
  8. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  9. Prior experience in customer engagement, retention, sales support, or call-based roles preferred
  10. Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications
  11. Strong organization and time management skills
  12. Ability to meet outreach and engagement goals
  13. Successful completion of background check
