Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2
Location: Melbourne, FL
Duration: 12 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Source and pre-screen engineering, technical, and business talent.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies based on hiring needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, Boolean search, Google X-ray, and niche job boards.
• Conduct phone screens and pre-qualify candidates.
• Support hiring events and targeted career fairs.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and track sourcing activity.
• Attract and source cleared talent.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on staffing strategies.
• Research market trends and competitor intelligence.
• Provide weekly sourcing updates and pipeline insights.
• Assess candidate cultural and technical fit.
• Pre-close candidates to improve offer acceptance rates.
Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
• 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing engineering talent (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace).
• Experience sourcing non-technical roles (Business, Production, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Experience sourcing cleared talent.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Agency and corporate recruiting experience.
• Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
