Our client is a U.S.-based law firm licensed in multiple states, offering legal services across personal injury, trusts and estates, business law, real estate, employment law, and civil litigation. The firm serves individual and business clients through a client-centered, results-driven model and maintains an active digital presence across multiple channels to educate and engage prospective clients.
✍ Short Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to support our client's content and digital presence efforts. In this role, you will use AI-powered tools and structured prompting workflows to produce blog posts, articles, and educational content, then publish and format that content in WordPress. You will also source or generate visuals using AI tools and Canva, repurpose long-form content into social media posts and carousels, and schedule and publish across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. This is an execution-focused role that requires strong attention to brand accuracy, a willingness to follow established processes, and a practical, tool-forward mindset.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST

Responsibilities:
Use multi-step AI prompting workflows to generate blog posts, articles, and educational content following client guidelines
Publish, format, and organize content in WordPress ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
Source or create visuals using AI image tools and Canva to accompany published content
Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, carousels, and captions optimized for each platform
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience using AI writing or content generation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar)
Hands-on experience publishing and formatting content in WordPress (1+ year)
Proficiency with Canva or equivalent visual design tools
Familiarity with social media scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured, multi-step processes accurately
Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for content review and quality control
