Steadfast Alliance is looking for hardworking and reliable landscape laborers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality landscaping, we want to hear from you!
Position: Landscape Laborer
Location: Land O Lakes, FL
Pay: Starting at $18.00 - $22.00 per hour , based on experience
Full-time positions available
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape installation, maintenance, and general labor tasks
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Assist with planting, mulching, sod installation, and hardscape work
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
✅ Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required
✅ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✅ Reliable transportation to job sites
