Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Lab Technician to support our pharmacy operations team in Boca Raton, Florida . This is a filling-focused role responsible for preparing, filling, labeling, and packaging medications accurately and efficiently . This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive high-quality medications in a timely and compliant manner.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensedpharmacist
• Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for shipment or patientpickup
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workstations and fillingareas
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies
• Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before final pharmacistcheck
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all pharmacyregulations
• Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and turnaroundtimes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician licenserequired
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medicationpreparation
• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume pharmacy or fulfillmentenvironments
• Exposure to non-sterile compounding, though not required for dailyresponsibilities
• Understanding of different medication forms and administration routes
• Experience working in a telehealth or compounding pharmacy environment

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 9AM-5PM Monday - Friday

Salary: $20-22 per hour
