Purchasing Agent, Commercial Landscaping and Construction
Join a dynamic team as a Purchasing Agent where you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial landscaping and construction projects. This position offers a unique blend of office and fieldwork, providing an opportunity to engage directly with suppliers and ensure the highest quality materials for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with purchasing and construction teams to align material acquisition with project timelines.
- Travel extensively across Florida and Georgia to select and tag trees and palms meeting commercial standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement budgets.
- Ensure accurate pricing for material bids related to commercial landscaping projects.
- Manage logistics to guarantee timely delivery of materials to various job sites.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial tree and palm grading standards.
- Experience in purchasing, landscaping, or construction industries is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undertake regular travel throughout Florida and Georgia.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
