Location: Gainesville, FL

FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Ensures the reliable operation and security of the organization’s network infrastructure by monitoring performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.

Analyzes network traffic and security logs to identify potential threats and supports the implementation of upgrades, patches, and security enhancements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and performance.

Maintains accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures, supports end-users with network-related issues, conducts routine audits to ensure compliance, and coordinates with vendors for equipment maintenance, warranties, and service contracts.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Associate’s degree (AA or AS) in Computer Science or a related field required
• OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or work experience

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience supporting network infrastructure operations
• Basic understanding of network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Ability to analyze network traffic and review security logs
• Strong documentation, organization, and end-user support skills
