Area Maintenance

Basic Job Functions: Resolve ongoing equipment safety & reliability challenges
- Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes to reduce costs
- Plan, prepare, & execute down-day & outage work
- Support the shift team with maintaining daily operations
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on area equipment
- Ensure adequate sparing
- Provide effective communication to both the Maintenance & Production team
