🌟 Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host / Hostess to be the first face guests see and set the tone for exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment and enjoys creating warm, memorable guest interactions.

🧡 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality

• Manage reservations and guest seating (experience with systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable, or Resy is a plus)

• Maintain the waitlist and communicate wait times clearly

• Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant

• Coordinate with servers and management to keep seating efficient

• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized host station and entry area

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a quality restaurant setting (preferred)
✔ Warm, engaging personality and excellent customer service skills
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Familiarity with reservation platforms
