Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and managed efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate staff and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and manage association budgets, ensuring compliance with Florida statutes.
• Prepare and manage business proposals and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, board members, and vendors to address and resolve issues.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Active CAM license is required.
• Strong knowledge of Florida statutes and association budgets.
• Proven project and staff management experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
