Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Part-Time – Jacksonville, FL
Experienced PMHNP to join a growing behavioral health practice providing psychiatric services in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Jacksonville area. This role offers true work-life balance with onsite patient care and remote documentation.
Schedule
• Part-time – 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday)
• Onsite rounding in short-term SNF units
• Remote documentation within 48 hours using company-issued iPad/laptop
Position Overview
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
• Ensure timely, compliant documentation
Requirements
• Active PMHNP license
• Active Florida APRN license
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 2+ years of PMHNP experience required
• Local candidates preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred
Compensation
• Fee-for-service model
• Estimated annual earnings: $82,597 – $99,116
• No cap on productivity income potential
