Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer (onsite)
14193 - Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer (onsite) – Miami/Doral, FL
Start Date: ASAPType: Full-time
Work Setting: Hybrid. On-site Tuesday through Thursday in a South Florida office, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Required:
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric (2 years);
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Microsoft 365/SharePoint;
• Experience in data modeling and solution design, and awareness of enterprise-grade practices (e.g., ALM, error/exception handling);
• Microsoft Certification in Power Platform and/or Power BI/Fabric. Preferred:
• Experience with Copilot Studio;
• Experience working in compliance, risk, or regulated environments;
• Experience with solution lifecycle management, governance, and pro-code enhancements like JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Entra ID, AI Foundry). Responsibilities:
• Design and develop data-driven solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform and AI technologies;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into digital tools;
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions to ensure continued performance and usability;
• Troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and manage lifecycle updates;
• Document solutions and maintain technical records to support knowledge transfer and troubleshooting;
