Sales Associates/Cashiers/Baristas are responsible for ensuring our Customers have real shopping and an amazing cigar store experience. The Associates/Cashiers/Baristas makes eye contact, smile, and greet all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, efficiently follow all company best practice standards, and ensure proper merchandise presentation. Sales Associates/Cashiers/Baristas are responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, generating sales, merchandising, pricing, cash register operations (POS), and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards. Sales Associates/Cashiers/Baristas are expected to be engaged in multi-tasks as assigned during all working hours and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require. The store is dedicated to educate and connect customers with the top brand's products they love. In addition, we proudly handmade high-quality cigars on the premises. We offer to our customers a variety of cigar blends in the walking humidor, gourmet coffees services, related cigars accessories, and a comfortable outdoor seating ambiance. As part of our team, you will receive 75 hours of paid training and mentoring over the first month of employment to ensure your success with us.
