Open Positions:

• Heat Treat Operator
• Operate a variety of heat treat equipment
• Load, stage, and unload parts according to work instructions
• Perform quality checks and rotate through various heat treat areas to expand your skillset
• CNC/Manual Honing Machine Operator
• Run CNC and manual honing machines to achieve precise inner diameter (ID) specifications
• Ensure parts meet size, finish, roundness, and straightness requirements
• Follow control plans and part prints closely
• Wash Operator
• Prepare and wash parts using chemical solutions
• Remove contaminants and apply rust preventative coatings
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and rotate across departments
