Booking Agent
About the Role:
Were looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Booking Agents. In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences including cruises, resorts, tours, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about travel, customer service, and helping others create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and recommend travel options that fit client preferences and budgets

Manage bookings for flights, cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Stay up to date with industry promotions, packages, and deals

Use company tools and vendor platforms to manage reservations
