Mechanical Project Manager
We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Florida that works on many of Florida’s biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire Florida’s best and brightest Mechanical Project Manager’s in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with both GC’s and Owners.
- Review and ensure accuracy for estimating for upcoming projects
- Meet with vendors, contractors, owners, and other sub-contractors.
- Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects.
- Manage medium and large HVAC/Plumbing Projects, which includes: schedule, budget, code requirements, and change-orders.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable Work History.
- 5+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction Project Management.
- Strong knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam.
