Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty community pharmacy in Miami is seeking a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no weekend hours, and a focused environment dedicated to compounding excellence under both 503A and 503B standards.

This position is ideal for a technician with true compounding experience outside of a traditional retail setting, who is confident preparing a wide range of non-sterile compounds and is ready to contribute in a growing, collaborative pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday

• Pharmacy operates 9:00 AM 2:00 PM

• No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality non-sterile compounds including creams, gels, ointments, and capsules

• Support pharmacists with prescription processing and patient interactions

• Maintain accurate inventory and patient records

• Apply aseptic technique consistently and accurately

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care

• Educate patients on medication usage and delivery methods as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Active and current Florida Pharmacy Technician license

• Non-sterile compounding experience required (must have hands-on experience preparing various dosage forms)

• Background in a non-retail compounding setting

• Strong familiarity with aseptic technique and compounding procedures

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• High school diploma or equivalent
