Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Growth Partner to join our Customer Growth & Experience team. This role focuses on driving long-term growth and value for our key enterprise clients by aligning their strategic goals with our capabilities.

In this position, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, becoming deeply embedded within customer operations, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive strategist with a strong background in customer success, supply chain logistics, and SaaS solutions, and a proven track record of fostering impactful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Development:

Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across client organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and a trusted advisor to leadership.
Engage daily with clients by embedding within their operations, attending meetings, and actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making.
Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments to ensure alignment between customer goals and our value proposition.

Strategic Alignment & Customization:

Identify how client goals intersect with our offerings to create tailored solutions that drive efficiency and long-term growth.
Translate clients' strategic direction into actionable initiatives, prioritizing objectives based on impact and feasibility.
Understand the competitive landscape of each client and use our solutions to create a competitive advantage and optimize last-mile logistics.

Data-Driven Insight & Optimization:

Monitor and analyze program performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and recommending strategies for improvement.
Provide actionable insights that support the client's growth, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
Gather and integrate customer feedback into product and service improvements, ensuring solutions evolve in line with client needs and market demands.

Solution Design & Implementation:

Lead the development and presentation of customized solutions that demonstrate how our offerings align with clients' strategic goals.
Act as a change agent throughout clients' transformation journeys, helping them achieve competitive differentiation and operational excellence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of client-centric solutions and consistent delivery of service promises.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within the supply chain, logistics, or SaaS industry.
Proven success in managing complex client relationships, resolving issues, and supporting long-term growth.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills, with experience transforming data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Experience in developing and executing customized solutions based on client needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

Experience in an embedded on-site role with direct customer engagement.
