Coordinator, Commercial Planning
Foot Locker Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the day-to-day commercial planning operations across our global eCommerce business. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in retail, eCommerce, and data analysis, looking to grow within a collaborative and evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities:- Manage master planning and reporting files, ensuring data accuracy and proper version control
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, marketing, finance and planning teams
- Maintain and update commercial calendars across all Foot Locker Inc. banners, ensuring accuracy and timely information
- Record and distribute clear, concise notes from commercial calendar and financial forecast meetings
- Assist in compiling post-promotional recaps and performance analyses, focusing on incremental sales and key KPIs
- Support financial forecasting process by gathering, organizing, and consolidating data across banners
- Help identify and suggest opportunities to streamline planning workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration
- Provide daily support to the Sr. Manager of Commercial Planning on eCommerce-related special projects and broader eCommerce initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2+ years of experience in retail planning and ecommerce required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proven ability to interpret and analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on collaboration
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Passion and knowledge of Sports a plus

Benefits:The hourly range is $23.00-$31.85. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
