Client Processing Specialist
About the Role
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in client onboarding and transaction processing, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of client data, supports process improvements, and maintains confidentiality while fostering effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Enter, verify, and reconcile client data across systems, including time entry, engagement management, and billing.
- Maintain accurate client contract terms, including new client setups and updates. Manage compensation tables based on terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance and project management to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support on system usage and capabilities.
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the development and implementation of improved procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on system tools and new features.
- Assist with sales inquiries, order processing, and product fulfillment requests.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies to minimize risk.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes and client communications.
- Monitor and reconcile incoming payments with a strong understanding of cash basis
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing support of Finance automation tools and systems
- Triage and manage the Finance department inbox to ensure timely responses and effective task delegation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, AR software, and accounting systems (Expensify, Salesforce-Accounting Seed, QuickBooks preferred).
- Experience with AirTable or similar workflow/project tracking tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Client Processing and Management or a similar finance role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and prefer knowledge of cash basis accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, delivering accurate work.

Work Week:
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, during regular business hours. The hours of operation for TSG Support Services are consistent with the businesses we support—generally 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM—with flexibility within these hours to accommodate what works best for you. This is a full-time, in-person role. Required work through the year-end close annually. You will work in the office, and TSG Support Services will provide parking for you in a nearby parking garage.
