About the Role:
As a Host for a Luxury Property, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, setting the tone for their experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued, providing exceptional service that reflects the high standards of our luxury brand. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our luxury property in the competitive hospitality market.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- English Speaker.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Coordinate with the front desk and service staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized host area, ensuring all materials are up to date and accessible.
