Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and welcoming manner. 2. Schedule appointments and manage the veterinarian's calendar efficiently. 3. Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and addressing inquiries. 4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing. 5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. 6. Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members. **Qualifications: ** 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. 2. Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a veterinary setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of office software. 6.
