Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role will support a high volume of B2B email campaigns (30+ at a time), manage brand-level social media, and coordinate internal and external newsletters. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a keen understanding of social media strategy and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

· B2B Email Campaigns

o Support building, deploying, and monitor 30+ concurrent B2B email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp and Brevo

o List segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking

o Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and email marketing best practices

· Social Media Management

o Support day-to-day posting and engagement on our national brand channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

o Develop and schedule content that aligns with marketing initiatives, events, and key milestones

o Monitor engagement, analyze growth metrics, and assist in strategies to boost audience reach and performance

o Bring a strong sense of visual identity and brand tone to every post

· Newsletter Creation & Production

o Coordinate internal communications for staff and franchise partners

o Write and format external newsletters for advertisers, prospects, and industry professionals

o Ensure timely and professional delivery of all newsletter communications

· General Marketing Support

o Assist with additional marketing projects such as campaign planning, content development, reporting, asset organization, and event preparation

o Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to support company-wide marketing initiatives

o Stay current on marketing trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand efforts

Skills & Qualifications

· 2+ years in a marketing role

· Proven experience managing multiple concurrent email campaigns

· Keen understanding of social media platforms, engagement tactics, and audience growth strategies

· Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong sense of voice and tone

· Familiarity with ESPs like Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar tools

· Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools

· Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-oriented

Bonus Skills

· Canva or basic Adobe Creative Suite experience

· Marketing automation and CRM knowledge

· Background in media, publishing, or home improvement industries
