- Can be based anywhere and would just need to be willing to travel as needed. ~25% of the month potentially
- Have 4 other people in similar roles that focus on different areas outside of Developers
- Company primarily provides barricades and graphics for retail outlets and malls
- Ideally this candidate has relationships with Mall Developers
- Some other services that this person could come from are security, HVAC, Fixtures, signage
- Have 270 employees, 19 locations, and growing quickly
- Use Netsuite and Hubspot
- Interview process is multiple steps - video call with HR Manager, peer interview, and President, then in person meetings
- Culture seems really strong
