Core Competencies:

  • Compassion & Integrity: Ability to handle highly confidential, emotional client matters with extreme professionalism, patience, and ethics.

  • Critical Thinking: Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills needed for interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants.

  • Financial Disclosures: Manage the mandatory disclosure and discovery process for complex financial situations, including child support worksheets, financial affidavits, and asset tracing for high-net-worth and business-owner divorces.

  • Trial & Hearing Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, collaborative law sessions, hearings, and trials. Organize exhibits, compile trial binders, and coordinate schedules.

  • Calendar Management: Maintain court deadlines, coordinate hearing blocks with the Thirteenth Circuit Judicial courts, and manage attorney schedules for family law consultations and court appearances.
