Educational Operations Associate VP (Tampa)

Center Academy is a private school offering specialized classes for middle-and high-school students with learning differences.
Role Description
Dynamic education company is seeking to fill a newly created position called the Associate V.P. of Educational Operations . This role mirrors that of an Associate Superintendent of Education. This person would travel throughout the state of Florida working with our 11 privately owned and operated schools. This person would report directly to the V.P. of Operations. Please read all qualifications for this role before applying.
Qualifications
Minimum credentials would include a bachelor’s degree. (Master’s Degree is preferred.)
A strong educational background with experience working with Middle and High School students (able to provide daily support to principals throughout the state).
Preferred the candidate has experience working with students who have unique learning differences (including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other mild to moderate learning challenges).
Strong communication skills and experience marketing schools and increasing enrollment.
Experience simultaneously supervising multiple private school campuses.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance to Principals on a daily basis. (Previous experience operating a private school is required.)
Able to travel throughout the state of Florida (this position requires extensive overnight stays (averaging 100 nights a year).
Knowledge of the management of schools—property development & renovations, processes, procedures, etc.
Extremely organized and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
