We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow our mortgage branch. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial, production-focused leader who knows how to build relationships, develop talent, and run a compliant, high-performing operation.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
- Direct daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop mortgage loan officers and support staff
- Provide consistent coaching, accountability, and performance management
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture that drives results and retention
Drive Branch Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow production and expand market share
- Cultivate strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Produce & Oversee Loan Origination
- Personally originate mortgage loans, including application intake, structuring, and pre-qualification
- Guide the team through processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain expert knowledge of loan programs, rates, and guidelines
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience from application to closing
Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and local mortgage regulations
- Oversee internal controls, risk management procedures, and data security standards
- Conduct routine reviews and audits to protect the integrity of branch operations

Requirements
What You Bring
- Active MLO License (Required)
- 5+ years of mortgage industry experience with a strong production track record
- Prior leadership or branch management experience
- Deep understanding of loan origination, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance
- Strong business development skills and a relationship-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in mortgage LOS platforms and Microsoft Office
