We are currently looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients by following our systems and processes in place. Responsibilities.
- Follow up with prospects via phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Follow up, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments.
- Be held accountable weekly on your goals, leads given and performance
- Maintain and grow existing relationships
- Educate and Assist people with selling and buying their homes as well as investment properties
Qualifications.
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
- Must possess a real estate license
- Must possess the ability to want to continue learning, solution oriented, great communication and desire to grow personally and professionally
- Previous sales experience is a plus
